What's new
The Halloween update adds Candy Corn, a new event currency. You earn it in short Halloween events and spend it at the Halloween Merchant, a cart in the Forest Safe Zone next to the Trails Shop. It sells 3 new eggs and boosts. Guides say the merchant may need about 1B Speed before it lets you buy (build it on the Treadmill).
There's also a new Limited tab in the Index with 15 Halloween animals.

Halloween eggs
Bought eggs go to your base and hatch when they're ready. Stock refreshes on a timer in the shop.
How to get Candy Corn
Candy piles appear. Break them and carry the Candy Corn back to the Safe Zone to bank it. Other players can rob you on the way.
Pumpkin Kings roam the map while you break eggs for Candy Corn. Bank it at the spawn Safe Zone or you lose it if you get caught.
Haunted Houses appear. Break them with your pickaxe: some give Candy Corn, some play a trick on you.
Some eggs are secretly Halloween eggs in disguise. Break them for Candy Corn.
Tip: bank your Candy Corn in the Safe Zone often. In some events you lose what you're carrying if you get caught. A Robux gamepass doubles Candy Corn.
Boosts
Only one guide lists the boost prices so far, so double-check in the game.
